What are Gangnam Styles operating hours?
Of course our website is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. And we'll respond to your messages and emails as quickly as possible between the hours of 8am and 6pm from Sunday to Saturday.
Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the UAE for all orders over AED75. We also offer competitive GCC shipping rates to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Any shipping cost is calculated automatically when you check out.
How do you ship Gangnam Styles items?
We ship our items with love to your door via a network of tried and trusted couriers. A shipping confirmation with the courier tracking number is emailed to you when your order is shipped. All items are inspected before shipping to ensure quality, and packaged securely to make sure that the products arrive safely.
When will I get my order?
Delivery of items in the UAE takes 2 - 3 days. GCC deliveries to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman take 5 to 7 days.
How do I know my package has shipped?
Gangnam Styles sends out a confirmation e-mail after we ship your order, including a courier tracking number for all purchases. All orders are usually shipped within 2 days of purchase. If you need it sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Do you ship internationally?We currently deliver throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. However, we can ship to other countries on a case by case basis. Please contact us for any international shipping inquiries.
Do you accept returns in the UAE?
Yes, we accept returns for all UAE orders. We want you to love your purchase, so if you are not happy for any reason then notify us within 5 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds but will exchange your purchase for an item of equal value or for store credit. The returned item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Returns and Exchanges cost AED19 for courier collection, BUT if we make any error with your order then we will cover the return shipping costs in full and your exchange will be completed for no additional charge.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for GCC orders to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. However, If we are responsible for an order error, such as sending an incorrect item, then we will resolve the problem for no additional charge or compensate you with a Gift Card of equivalent value.

What form of payment do you accept?
You can check-out securely online using Cash on Delivery or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club). If you would like to pay by Bank Transfer or Western Union please contact us and we will provide you with the payment details.
